How to fast?
- Full Fast – no solid food of any kind. Please do liquids, especially water.
- Daniel type Fast – no sweets or snacks of any kind.
- 1 Meal per day – If you do multiple meals per day, consider fasting one of those meals.
Whatever fast type you prefer the primary objective is to use that time for prayer.
